Ingredients:

- 200g Nafsika’s Garden Feta style

- 1/4 cup plain vegan yogurt (or plant-based milk)

- 3/4 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree

- 1 tbsp maple syrup

- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

- 5-10 fresh sage leaves

- 2 tbsp unsalted vegan butter

- Chopped walnuts, to garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine Nafsika’s Garden Feta and vegan yogurt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, black pepper, and cinnamon to the food processor. Blend again until fully incorporated and smooth. Set the mixture aside in the fridge while preparing the sage butter.
  3. In a small pan over medium-low heat, melt the butter and add the fresh sage leaves. Stir to coat the leaves in butter and allow the mixture to bubble. Once the bubbling subsides, remove the pan from the heat. The butter should have browned slightly, and the sage leaves will be crispy.
