Preheat your oven to 425F

In a large mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, sugar, salt and paprika. Then stir to combine.

Mix the milk with the apple cider vinegar, allow to sit for around 10 minutes

Add the melted butter, the milk to the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir to combine until the mixture is moist, do not over mix. Finally, add in the cheddar cheese.

Drop about 1/4 cup of dough per biscuit onto an oiled baking tray. Brush them with the melted butter

Place the baking tray onto the center rack of your preheated oven and bake at 425F for 10 – 15 minutes or until they are golden. Serve warm
