1/3 cup Nafsika’s Garden shredded Parmesan style cheese
2 tbsp basil, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Cook edamame beans according to package instructions.
In a medium-sized bowl, add edamame, basil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and mix. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and toss together until evenly coated.
