I created this course to help absolutely anyone go plant-based with ease. If you are already on the the path to a plant-based lifestyle, then you will greatly benefit from this course as well.
You will receive guidance and materials weekly and you will have roughly one week to fulfill your easy action steps before continuing to the next week. You will have access to recipes, daily menu plans, videos, exercises and loads of useful information and research. You will also have access to a mental health advisor during this time. And most importantly, I will be here for you for any questions or concerns.
I offer a 6-week program but you can continue on with me on a 1-year or 2-year plan with added perks and support. I will strive to help make your transition to a plant-based lifestyle as easily and as fun as possible!

The internet is filled with conflicting discussions about the best diet. There is a wide variety of diets available – low-fat, low-carb, Keto, intermittent, and so on. With so many options at hand, it gets difficult to know which one works best for you and your lifestyle. On top of it, there are so many myths and rumors about each diet that may demotivate you before you even begin.
However, I am not here to dampen your spirit with another diet that suggests weight loss in just a week. In fact, I will present you with a lifestyle – the plant-based lifestyle.
A lot of health and wellness communities support diets that include fresh, whole, plant-based foods. Did you ever wonder why? A plant-based lifestyle promotes healthy eating habits and a happy and vigorous lifestyle, free from toxins, harmful substances, diseases, and skin problems. A plant-based diet plan results in the wellness of the body and your overall life. In this chapter, we’ll expound on what exactly is the plant-based diet, its advantages, the myths revolving around it, and how some necessary steps from my six-week course can help you achieve the health and happiness you are seeking in your life. What exactly is a plant-based diet? Many people ask what a plant-based diet is and what it constitutes. However, there is no single answer to it. The reason is that plant-based is not only a diet but a lifestyle.
Plant-based diets are unique to the person following them. The number of animal products consumed varies from person to person. A plant-based diet may mean something different for some. That is because every person consumes a different number of animal products. Nevertheless, certain principles of the diet are consistent. These include:
Plant-based diets are often linked with vegan or vegetarian diets. However, even after having certain similarities, they are not the same.
People following vegan diets do not consume any animal products such as meat, dairy, seafood, eggs, and poultry. In fact, did you know that honey is also not vegan because it is produced and extracted from honeybees? Vegans depend on alternatives like maple syrup. Vegetarians eliminate all meat and poultry from their diet, but they can still consume dairy, gelatin, honey, and more such foods.
A whole-food, plant-based diet is somewhat more flexible. It focuses mostly on plant-sourced foods, but it does not abstain from the consumption of animal products completely. Conversely, it is absolutely encouraged! I always like to promote a plant-based, vegan lifestyle in my coaching and on my TV show.
