Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

- 1/4 cup chia seeds

- 1 banana, mashed

- 2 tbsp vegan butter

- 2 tsp cinnamon

- 2 tbsp peanut butter

- 1/8 cup maple syrup

- 1/2 tsp Kalas Iodized Sea Salt

- Nafsika’s Garden Raspberry Greek Yogurt style

- Fruits of choice, for garnish

- Jam of choice, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 6 cups of a standard muffin tin generously with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, mashed banana, peanut butter, maple syrup, vegan butter, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the granola mixture evenly into 6 muffin tin cups. Using a measuring cup smaller than the muffin tin cups, press the mixture down into each cup, forming a bowl shape with the mixture coming up the sides.
