Dear fellow plant-based enthusiasts,
I’m thrilled to connect with you as the founder of Nafsika’s Garden, a journey that began out of my personal experiences and a desire to make a difference. As a fairly new vegan, I found myself yearning for a vegan show that could guide and support individuals like me in transitioning to this new and exciting lifestyle. To my surprise, such a show was nowhere to be found. So, I took matters into my own hands and created one! This marked the birth of “Plant-Based by Nafsika,” the first and still the only vegan lifestyle TV show to reach mainstream audiences.
The response to the show was overwhelmingly positive, and as I delved deeper into the world of plant-based living, I encountered another challenge. I couldn’t find a vegan cheese that truly satisfied my cravings and mirrored the taste and texture of traditional cheese. That’s when I knew I had to take action. I embarked on a mission to produce a vegan cheese line that would not only taste like cheese but surpass its flavors. And so, Nafsika’s Garden was established on the eve of 2019.
Since then, Nafsika’s Garden has rapidly gained popularity and earned its place on the shelves of mainstream markets across the nation. Our vegan cheese offerings have delighted countless individuals who, like me, were longing for a dairy-free alternative that could truly replicate and enhance the cheese experience.
