Whether you like them tangy or creamy, garden-fresh cucumber salads will bring the crunch you need in your life. The best part is that you need a few minutes to throw it together. This cucumber salad will keep you full and has only 50 calories or less.
Salad Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt style (Nafsika’s Garden)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/3 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 full teaspoon of maple syrup or honey style
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 thinly slices cucumbers
- 1/3 thinly slices onion
How to make this yummy salad?
- Pick a large bowl to make the healthiest salad dressing.
- Add yogurt, black pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, and a touch of syrup, and whisk everything together.
- Now cut red onions and cucumbers into thin slices and place them into a colander with some salt.
- Leave the vegetables for a while until all the water drains out.
- Now use some paper towels to dry the veggies, add them to the dressing, and toss well.
- Finish it with sprinkling lots of fresh dill and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
