Ingredients:

  • 1 store-bought puff pastry (thawed according to package instructions)
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • 200g Nafsika’s Garden cream cheese style
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 tsp apricot jam

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  5. Make the Cream Cheese Filling: In a medium-sized bowl, combine Nafsika’s Garden cream cheese, chopped parsley, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Beat until smooth and all ingredients are fully incorporated.
