Ingredients:
- Nafsika’s Garden Mozzarella style, block
- 3 Vegan hotdogs, cut in half
- 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp Kalas iodized sea salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable or canola oil for frying
- Bamboo skewers

- Extra sugar
- Ketchup
- Mustard
